Immediate Fulfillment: Digital items are delivered electronically immediately after payment completion via instant download links, email delivery, or member portal access.

2. Billing & Distinct Purchases

Individual Checkout Sessions: Each completed transaction represents an independent, distinct purchase authorized by the customer for a specific product SKU or bundle.
Separate Orders: Purchasing multiple products results in separate checkout orders (e.g., Order #1231, Order #1232). Each order is billed separately and generates its own unique access link and email receipt.
Duplicate Charge Definition: A true "duplicate charge" is defined strictly as a single order processing error where one checkout session was accidentally debited twice by our payment gateway. Placing separate checkout sessions for distinct digital items—even if purchased within a short time frame—does not constitute a duplicate or error charge.

3. Fulfillment & Access Confirmation

Delivery Method: Digital access is delivered instantly to the email address provided by the cardholder during checkout.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is accurate and capable of receiving digital delivery links.
Access Logs: Our system records digital delivery timestamps, IP addresses, download activity, and access logs for all completed orders to confirm successful fulfillment.

4. Strict No-Refund & No-Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital, downloadable, and non-returnable nature of our products, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable once access links or files have been generated or delivered.
Waiver of Right to Cancel: By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel or request a refund is waived upon immediate delivery of the digital content.
No "Buyer's Remorse": Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to read product descriptions, or accidental purchase of multiple distinct products.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Mandatory Support Resolution: If you experience any billing issues, unreceived access links, or order confusion, you explicitly agree to contact our support team at s46862944@gmail.com prior to contacting your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved instantly by support.
Fraudulent Disputes: Filing a dispute or chargeback under fraudulent or false claims—such as claiming "Duplicate Charge" for distinct items, "Goods Not Received" for delivered digital assets, or "Unauthorized Charge" after completing checkout—is a direct breach of these Terms.
Representation Evidence: In the event of an invalid chargeback, we reserve the right to submit these signed Terms of Service, order receipts, itemized product titles, IP timestamps, and email delivery logs directly to your card issuer as formal legal evidence to reverse the dispute.
Account Termination: Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently barred from making future purchases on our platform and will have all prior digital product access revoked. And legal action can be taken if found incorrect, For damages.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Personal Use Only: Purchasing a prompt bundle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share any portion of our digital bundles, prompt files, or access links without explicit written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of your checkout governs your purchase.
